You will be involved in planning and executing car roadshows, automotive events, brand activations and on-ground experiences, ensuring smooth operations from setup to execution while coordinating logistics, supporting event flow and working closely with the team and partners to connect the Malaysian car community through impactful real-world experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support small-scale events and roadshows.
• Liaise with vendors and event crews on event requirements.
• Supervise event setup and teardown (carpets, tables, chairs, plug points, signage, etc).
• Conduct site recce and prepare basic reports (photos + notes).
• Ensure all event SOPs, safety standards and mall/venue requirements are followed.
• ⁠⁠Manage event inventory, logistics and storage.
• ⁠⁠Coordinate transport, loading and unloading of event materials.
• ⁠⁠Maintain storage cleanliness and update inventory records.
• ⁠⁠Ensure all event assets are maintained, tracked and accounted for.
• ⁠⁠Drive or guide cars during events.
• ⁠⁠Brief and coordinate part-time staff or event crews.
• ⁠⁠Provide on-site support and assist in solving operational issues.
• ⁠⁠Act as the main on-site contact during events when required.

Job Requirements

• Entry-level position (fresh graduates or candidates with some event exposure are welcome).
• Organised, responsible and willing to be hands-on.
• Comfortable working on-site, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Able to communicate clearly and work in a team environment.
• Must possess a valid Class D (car) driving licence.
• Passion or interest in events, automotive or on-ground activations is a plus +.
