Spacerae began by specialising in automotive event roadshows, brand activations and experiential campaigns, working closely with automotive brands to bring their vehicles and stories directly to the public.
Through years of organising on-ground automotive engagements, the team developed deep industry connections and a strong understanding of how audiences experience and interact with car brands.
As the automotive landscape evolved, so did the way audiences discover brands. Recognising the growing importance of digital storytelling and brand exposure, Pandu Pandu expanded its focus beyond physical events and into the automotive media space in 2024.

You'll have no problem communicating with vendors and event crews in English and Mandarin when required. Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and support the execution of roadshows, exhibitions and events.</li>
<li>Communicate and liaise with vendors, venues and event crews in English and Mandarin where required</li>
<li>Assist with event setup and dismantling, including event equipment and materials.</li>
<li>Conduct site recce and prepare basic site reports when required.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with event SOPs, safety guidelines and venue or mall regulations.</li>
<li>Manage event logistics, inventory and storage of event assets.</li>
<li>Coordinate the transportation, loading and unloading of event materials.</li>
<li>Brief and coordinate part-time staff and event crews.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on on-site support and resolve operational issues during events.</li>
<li>Drive and position display vehicles during event setup and dismantling when required.</li>
</ul>
