Change Management & Compliance: Direct and implement security and firewall changes, whether hands-on or through MSP coordination, ensuring every change aligns with compliance, performance, and business needs. Project Innovation & Strategic Delivery: Lead and execute key projects—including infrastructure upgrades, security rollouts, and future-state architecture—turning industry trends into actionable outcomes. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with service providers, internal teams, and business units. Oversee contracts, licenses, and budgets while aligning your efforts with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity strategies. Drive the Roadmap: Shape our Network Security roadmap by evaluating new technologies, building business cases, running proof-of-concepts, and applying FinOps to drive cost efficiency in cloud operations. Knowledge Sharing & Enablement: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, playbooks, training content, and change procedures to empower support teams and scale operational excellence.
