Job Description
- To grasp related product knowledge (Training Provided)
- To assist, and to solve customer inquiries based on product knowlege
- To review and to ensure daily operation
- To attend to duty based on working shift respectively
- Morning-Shift: 0800am to 1600pm
- Noon-Shift: 1600pm to 0000am
- Night-Shift: 0000am to 0800am
Job Requirements
-Mandarin Language Proficiency-
Candidates MUST be able to read and write in Mandarin Language.
-Working Experience-
Preferably candidates with working experience in Customer Service.
-Passionate and Team-Player-
To work with a group we required candidates who are passionate and willing to learn.
-Own Transportation-
To have own transportation and be able to cope with shift-routines.
