<li>Leading corporate secretarial work including routine/standard advisory work.</li>
<li>Leading in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings</li>
<li>Leading in providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Regularly review/update and maintaining proper records of clients’ KYC compliance</li>
<li>Maintaining proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records</li>
<li>Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work and maintaining high level clients’ services</li>
