Job Description

  • Assist in onboarding process for new clients on both Bursa Depository system and internal back office system, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for remisier/dealer during the on boarding process, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Assist in receipting data entry.
  • Assist in Bursa depository function such as transfer of securities, updating of edividend/estatement.
  • Assist in addressing client inquiries and concerns related to corporate actions and custody.
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with clients.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to account opening.
  • Ensure documentation is readily accessible for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure that departmental goals are achieved efficiently.
  • Assist in project coordination and communication within the team.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to Bursa Malaysia’s rules, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate in identifying and mitigating risks related to corporate action processing and custody.

Job Requirements

  • High school SPM/STPM or Diploma in Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1-2 years working experience in any related financial industries.
  • Previous administrative experience and organizing paper work is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn attitude.
  • Basic understanding of stock broking operations, regulatory frameworks and industry best practice.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian Citizen.
