<li>Collection of property maintenance fees/miscellaneous payment, attend to owner's inquiries and resolve their problems/complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects.</li>
<li>⁠Ensure all accounting records are accurately updated and maintained in the accounting system.</li>
