- Issuing invoices, delivery order, consignment note, credit card entries, online sales transactions, staff claims, data entries to accounting system
- Uploaded documentation to department stores portal.
- Filing documentation
- Delivery arrangements
- Branches accounts control (POS system)
- Inventories control (HQ and all outlets)
- Any ad-hoc related activities
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, AUTOCOUNT
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
