Role Summary

The Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating strong product knowledge, particularly in luxury fragrances and oud-based products. The role represents the brand image of Arabian Oud at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, warm, and confident manner
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances and products
• Explain fragrance notes, longevity, and proper usage of products
• Conduct fragrance consultations and product testing
• Achieve individual and store sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Perform upselling and cross-selling (gift sets, bakhoor, concentrated oils)
• Promote focus products, new launches, and limited editions
• Handle POS transactions, payments, and gift packaging accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, testers, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels and report fast-moving or low-stock items
• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and luxury service etiquette
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Support store events, promotions, and product launches

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school certificate (SPM or equivalent)
• Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage (luxury, fragrance, or cosmetics preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fragrances and luxury products, especially oud-based perfumes
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and confident in closing sales
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional at all times
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
• Able to follow company SOPs and service standards
