• Welcome and support customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Present and clarify product details to customers (features and advantages)
• Suggest appropriate products tailored to customer requirements
• Manage cash transactions and perform basic payment processing
• Ensure the store is tidy and products are well displayed
• Conduct stock assessments and basic inventory oversight
• Address customer inquiries and provide post-purchase assistance
• Meet monthly sales objectives

Job Requirements

• Aged between 18 and 35 years (flexible)
• No prior experience needed (training will be offered)
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin knowledge is a bonus)
• Outgoing, responsible, and possessing a positive demeanor
• Eager to learn and collaborate with others
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays
