• Welcome every guest warmly — take orders confidently, serve food with care, and ensure every customer feels seen and appreciated.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, keeping the dining area clean, organised, and always ready for the next guest.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of service stations, utensils, and front-of-house equipment throughout the shift.
• Manage queue flow and walk-in guests, guiding them with friendliness and professionalism during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing routines, including basic cleaning, setup, restocking, and end-of-day tasks to keep operations smooth.
