Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy custom apps and integrations using Atlassian JSM. 
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on the best approaches for implementing solutions.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable workflow logic while adhering to best practices and implementation standards.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver successful outcomes.
5. Stay up to date with the latest Atlassian technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes and efficiency.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of developed solutions.
7. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
2. Proven experience developing workflows and integrations for Atlassian products, with a focus on Jira Service Management.
3. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Node.js and React would be a benefit.
4. Experience working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
5. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
8. Atlassian Forge development experience is a strong plus.
9. Experience with DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
