They verify physician and allied healthcare professionals’ entire portfolios of credentials for healthcare organizations, and&nbsp;secures profiles of the nation’s premier physicians and allied healthcare professionals&nbsp; As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will ensure all healthcare professionals are appropriately credentialed, which includes the responsibility of maintaining current information on file and within the healthcare professional database. You will directly report to the Team Leader in Manila and Managers based in the US. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Responsible for the completion of health care professional credentialing and re-credentialing for inclusion in the national health care professional network</li> <li>Collect all required documentation from applicable state licensing authorities.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining and updating the national healthcare professional database.</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring and managing all re-credentialing requirements and ensuring timely collection of all required renewal certifications.</li> <li>Provides consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding credentialing/credentialing needs.</li> <li>Promotes physician relations and assists with customer service needs as required.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned by Management</li> </ul>SKILLS, EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATION <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience in medical account/medical credentialing or medical field; relevant BPO environment will be preferred</li> <li>Relevant experience in reviewing credentials, coordination &amp; follow-through, and data management.</li> <li>Proficiency with the use of MS Office and other related tools.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.</li> <li>Must be able to work efficiently and independently; must be able to maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Amenable to supporting US business hours: 8pm to 5am PHT &amp; 11pm to 8am PHT.</li> <li>Working arrangement: Onsite for the first 6 months in BGC office.
