**Job Vacancy**
**Clinic Assistant**
**Salary Offer: RM 1,700 – RM 3,000**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist the doctor in skin and medical procedures, as well as pre and post-treatment care for patients.
- Provide patient-oriented services, capable of working independently, motivated, and possessing a positive mindset.
- Handle patient reception and appointment scheduling; register, screen, and refer phone calls.
- Offer clerical and staff support for the unit, including Microsoft Word and Excel processing.
- Check and manage inventory bookings.
- Assist with clinical and/or laboratory procedures as required.
- Provide daily staff support, logistical assistance, and administrative tasks for a medical clinic.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of procedure equipment.
- Uphold patient confidentiality.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the doctor.

**Job Requirements:**
- Minimum SPM qualification for Clinic Assistant.
- Work experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Malay is required. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Personal skills: Good communication, multitasking abilities, the capacity to work independently, and interpersonal skills.
