We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the admin department.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and service contracts.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation such as staff attendance, leave records, and recruitment support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Support management in handling company documentation, records, licenses, and legal paperwork.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless support and coordination.
- Prepare and manage reports, letters, and official correspondence.
