Job Description:

We are expanding to provide bookkeeping support tailored for SMEs and growing businesses. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive cum Admin to join our team and support our daily accounting and administrative operations. 

Responsibilities: 

ACCOUNTING   

  • Responsible to ensure all financial information are obtained and accurately captured in the accounting records in order to prepare the monthly financial statements.
  • Able to handle full set of account. 
  • Knowledge of SST & e-Invoice is required.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit/tax schedules for year-end statutory audit and tax computation.
  • To ensure all documents received are reviewed, validated and matched accordingly and maintain a proper filling of documents.
  • To liaise with parties within sister companies, external auditors, tax agents, etc. in relation to accounting, audit and tax-related matters. 
  • Possess own transport and must be willing to work in client's office when needed.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the superior.

ADMINISTRATION

  •  Support Client's HR tasks (leave records, claims, payroll coordination)
  •  Preform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
  •  Provide general admin support to management.

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin / Cantonese (oral and written) for ease of communication with various counterparts.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI/ACCA or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • A detail-oriented, disciplined person, proactive, positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
  • Proficient in working in environments utilizing Google Drive, Google Worksheets, Microsoft Office, and accounting software(s) (AutoCount preferred).
