<p>We are expanding to provide bookkeeping support tailored for SMEs and growing businesses. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive cum Admin to join our team and support our daily accounting and administrative operations.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</h3>
<h4><ins>ACCOUNTING</ins>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</h4>
<ul>
<li>Responsible to ensure all financial information are obtained and accurately captured in the accounting records in order to prepare the monthly financial statements.</li>
<li>Able to handle full set of account.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of SST &amp; e-Invoice is required.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of audit/tax schedules for year-end statutory audit and tax computation.</li>
<li>To ensure all documents received are reviewed, validated and matched accordingly and maintain a proper filling of documents.</li>
<li>To liaise with parties within sister companies, external auditors, tax agents, etc. in relation to accounting, audit and tax-related matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Possess own transport and must be willing to work in client's office when needed.</li>
<li>To perform ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the superior.</li>
</ul>
<h4><ins>ADMINISTRATION</ins></h4>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Support Client's HR tasks (leave records, claims, payroll coordination)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Preform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide general admin support to management.</li>
</ul>
