We are looking for a creative, organised, and client-focused Brand &amp; Content Strategist to manage different client accounts and provide strategic input on branding, marketing plans, and content direction.
In this role, you will work closely with business owners, clients, and internal teams to understand each client’s business needs, develop suitable branding and marketing ideas, and follow up on project progress from planning to completion.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, creative thinking, marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities: 
Client Account Management

<li>Manage and follow up on multiple client accounts and ongoing projects.</li>
<li>Understand each client’s business, brand objectives, target audience, and marketing needs.</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings, consultations, and project discussions.</li>
<li>Follow up with clients on feedback, approvals, pending information, and project progress.</li>
<li>Maintain proper records of client discussions, decisions, and action items.</li>
<li>Build professional and long-term relationships with clients.</li>

Branding &amp; Marketing Strategy
<ul>
<li>Provide ideas and recommendations for branding plans, marketing campaigns, and content direction.</li>
<li>Develop brand positioning, key messages, campaign concepts, and marketing approaches.</li>
<li>Contribute creative ideas for corporate videos, founder branding, personal branding, advertisements, social media content, and promotional campaigns.</li>
<li>Present ideas and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients.</li>
<li>Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, copywriters, and project teams.</li>
</ul>
Professional Standards
