<ul>
<li>The HR Executive will work closely with global employees (from China) by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters.</li>
<li>Update employee’s movement and personal data changes through SAP system within defined SLA (e.g., hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation).</li>
<li>Ensure and maintain the employee’s data is kept accurately and up to date.</li>
<li>Prepare and ensure HR related documents or letter being signed within defined SLA (e.g., employment contract, performance appraisal template, Verification of Employment letter).</li>
</ul>
