Job Scope

- Prepare and process Official Receipts (OR) on a daily basis

- Handle invoice transmission to clients

- Record and manage credit receipts

- Prepare and maintain customer statements of account

- Monitor and update account aging reports


Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely statements of account to all sales personnel

- Ensure daily preparation of Official Receipts (OR)

- Support the finance team in maintaining proper documentation and records

- Assist in reconciliation of accounts and follow-up on outstanding balances
