We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.”JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:What you will do: <ul><li>Plan and strategize campaigns based on briefs from the Sales team, offering creative ideation and effective solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams including Content and Marketing.</li><li>Facilitate collaboration between the Content and Sales teams, managing client inventory and overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production processes to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Develop compelling content proposals and presentation decks to support the Sales team in attracting potential brands and achieving departmental sales targets.</li><li>Track and analyze product and market performance, including weekly reviews of campaign effectiveness, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.</li><li>Generate strategic insights through data analysis and reporting, translating findings into clear recommendations and reports for management and stakeholders.</li><li>Communicate clearly and confidently when delivering key messages and managing project timelines.</li><li>Support operational and production activities as needed, including contributing creative ideas, assisting in promotional campaigns, and participating in on-ground events to ensure smooth execution.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:Who you are:<ul><li>Degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience in related experience.</li><li>Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint slides making.</li><li>Good Understanding on Malaysia’s media landscape and advertising spending patterns.</li><li>Any past experience on e-commerce and live commerce, will be a plus point.</li></ul>
