Other key tasks include:<div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;Campaign Input and Management:</div><ul><li>Input placement details accurately into the bookings system.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all campaign details are correctly logged and tracked within internal systems.</li><li>Review and verify campaign details in booking form/order to ensure they are complete</li><li>Process&nbsp;booking details into SAP or any revenue tracking/billing system in use</li><li>Campaign entitlement utilization monitoring and health check</li><li>Prepare monthly campaign progress tracking and billing report</li><li>Ensuring alignment in data input into the booking system. E.g. documents &amp; campaign renaming, select promo indicated, traffic note &amp; spots key-in allocation with standardize &amp; consistently like different spots line for each segment), in order provide clean &amp; tidy data output information for analysis.</li><li>Documents compliance to accounting policy &amp; audit requirement by checking the accuracy of booking with basic requirements (company cop, name &amp; rate applied etc.) to ensure the completeness of operation /approval process in&nbsp;booking systems.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Operational Tasks:<ul><li>Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during campaign execution.</li><li>Execute all duties in accordance with deadlines (Including weekends, if deemed required) i.e. Management, Traffic, Interactive, Creative and Integration)</li><li>&nbsp;Travel to government/client office (if necessary) to collect documentation for booking. E.g. Contract, Bank Guarantee, stamping, binding etc.</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal Coordination:<ul><li>Liaise with internal teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Platforms, to ensure all campaign elements are in place and functioning correctly.</li><li>Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely completion of tasks related to the campaign.</li><li>Support and have joint responsibility with the nominated Client Solution team for all aspects of client servicing.</li></ul>&nbsp;Data Management:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of all campaign activities.</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Final year degree/Diploma students pursuing Business/Advertising/Commerce/ Communications or in any&nbsp;relevant field&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added&nbsp;advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills</li><li>Passionate in media and entertainment industry</li><li>Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong team player</li><li>Results&nbsp;-oriented&nbsp;</li><li>Able to organize resources, present reports, and coordinate project work&nbsp;</li><li>PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
