The technical documents include the Operations Manuals, Systems Manual, backup recovery and access control strategies, operations procedures as well as keeping track of all the changes performed on the systems.</li></ul>Reports &amp; Other Key Task<ul><li>Highlighting any suspicious case from submission to prevent fraud whether internal or external that may impact business risk.</li><li>Participating in salvage activity for submission to boast up customer acquisition across Astro.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Minimum S.P.M. with 2 years’ experience or Diploma with 1 year experience in service-related industry.</li><li>Familiar in CRM applications such as Amdocs.</li><li>Preferable with experience in telemarketing or call centre environment</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Good interpersonal skills, organisation, telephone, and communication skills</li><li>Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.</li><li>Posses warm and friendly personality</li></ul>
