Founded in 2015, Carsome is Malaysia’s first online automotive portal that connects car buyers and sellers to new and used car dealers respectively.

<li>CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales, Customer Service. We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system &amp; also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platform</li>
<li>Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product &amp; service offerings.</li>
<li>Support customers in account registration, test drive appointments and also car booking</li>
<li>Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled</li>
<li>Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.</li>
<li>Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.</li>
<li>Attend to the customers’ enquiries by providing the correct information regarding Carsome’s used car business product and service offerings.</li>
<li>To sell Carsome’s services to the customers &amp; convince the customers to secure the sale accordingly.</li>
<li>Remind and confirm customers’ appointment(s).</li>
<li>Proactively persuade customers to reconsider appointment cancellations.</li>
<li>Proactively inform customer of ongoing deals and promotions.</li>
<li>Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Correctly identifying, assessing, and resolving customers’ true needs by clarifying the problems/issues; determining the root causes; and then solving the problems according to the different situations.</li>
<li>Always insisting on providing the most accurate and valid information to the customers by using relevant Carsome methods and/or tools provided.</li>
<li>Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details, and carefully logging customer information where applicable using Carsome tools provided.</li>
<li>To maintain a consistent daily productivity (appointments &amp; calls) performance.</li>
<li>To deliver a sustainable monthly overall sales performance – Inspections Target &amp; Sales Target.</li>
<li>Responsible to follow up on your pending leads (no answer, call back, follow up, no show, cancelled, rescheduled).</li>
<li>Build a good rapport with the customers to enhance more sales and also to enhance Carsome’s bran</li>
