Sales Solutions &amp; Packaging<ul><li>Lead the Sales Solutions team in developing innovative media packages, bundles, and go-to-market offerings.</li><li>Work with Sales and Business Development teams to build custom solutions that meet client objectives while maximising yield.</li><li>Balance creativity and inventory feasibility to create compelling, scalable campaign frameworks.</li></ul>2. Campaign Planning &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Oversee the planning, scheduling, trafficking, and live execution of all campaigns across platforms (TV, Digital, Audio, Social).</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery with continuous performance optimisation.</li><li>Establish SOPs and cross-functional workflows to drive operational excellence.</li></ul>3. Creative Solutions<ul><li>Manage the in-house creative team, including HTML5 ad developers and creative engineers.</li><li>Translate campaign objectives into engaging creatives that align with platform specs and brand standards.</li><li>Drive creative innovation through new formats and personalized experiences.</li></ul>4. Data, Insights &amp; Performance<ul><li>Oversee the Head of Data &amp; Insights in delivering dashboards, campaign performance reports, and business intelligence.</li><li>Analyse data to uncover trends, identify optimisation levers, and recommend improvements to the business.</li><li>Ensure campaign learnings are fed back into the sales and planning cycle to uplift future performance.</li></ul>5. Sales Concept Realization<ul><li>Serve as the executional lead to bring business, sales ideas and client briefs to life.</li><li>Translate conceptual pitches into actionable plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development team to stress-test feasibility, ensure cross-functional readiness, and guarantee successful campaign rollout.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:Who you are:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in media, digital advertising, or campaign operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>Strong understanding of campaign workflows, media planning, creative development, and digital ad operations.</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex, multi-platform campaigns.</li><li>Deep knowledge of campaign performance metrics, BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau), and campaign management platforms.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Highly organised, commercially minded, and execution-focused.</li></ul>
