About the Role
As the Head of Partnerships, you will lead and scale our client-facing account management team. Your primary focus will be to drive strategic value and revenue growth across our advertiser portfolio by strengthening relationships, optimizing performance, and aligning internal resources to unlock new partnership opportunities.
You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client success — managing a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally with our Product, Affiliate, Marketing, and Business Development teams to deliver impactful outcomes for our clients. 
Key Responsibilities
1) <ins>Leadership &amp; Strategy</ins>
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach, and scale a regional team of Account Managers, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent revenue growth.</li>
<li>Establish frameworks, KPIs, and performance standards to drive excellence in client servicing and commercial outcomes.</li>
<li>Develop strategic account plans for key clients, aligning affiliate opportunities with business goals.</li>
</ul>
2) <ins>Client Growth &amp; Retention</ins>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end health of advertiser accounts — from onboarding and activation to growth and renewal.</li>
<li>Identify and implement optimization strategies that scale affiliate performance and drive incremental revenue.</li>
<li>Foster trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.</li>
</ul>
3) <ins>Cross-functional Collaboration</ins>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Affiliate Development, Product, Marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive delivery of solutions.</li>
<li>Act as the voice of the client internally, championing their needs in product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.</li>
</ul>
4) I<ins>nnovation &amp; Opportunity Development</ins>
<ul>
<li>Identify untapped growth opportunities across sectors, geographies, and partnership models.</li>
<li>Drive adoption of new products, features, and best practices to maximize client success.</li>
</ul>
