What you need to do:

• Create marketing visuals & social media content: Design posters, product visuals, social posts, reels covers and promotional graphics for brand campaigns.
  制作营销与社交媒体视觉内容: 设计海报、产品视觉、社交媒体贴文、Reels封面等宣传素材，配合品牌推广活动。 
• Develop brand identity & maintain design consistency: Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines across digital and print materials, including packaging and marketing collaterals.
  维护与发展品牌视觉识别: 确保所有线上与印刷物料符合品牌视觉规范，包括包装设计与营销物料的一致性。 
• Prepare creative assets for advertising campaigns: Design key visuals for paid ads, landing pages, email marketing, and other performance-driven campaigns.
  准备广告活动所需设计素材: 为付费广告、着陆页、 EDM 电邮营销与活动宣传制作创意主视觉及相关素材。 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product and content teams to understand project goals, brainstorm ideas, execute design revisions, and deliver on deadlines.
  跨团队协作完成设计项目: 与市场、内容、产品团队紧密沟通，理解需求与目标，回馈修改并按时交付设计成果。 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, particularly on planning, shooting, and designing for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
  至少1年平面设计的工作经验，特别是在为各种平台（如Facebook、Instagram、Tiktok）规划、拍摄和设计方面的经验。
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  母语为中文。
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS etc).
  对电商和社交媒体平台（如 Facebook, Instagram, XHS 等）有基本的了解。
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices, especially in Chinese-speaking communities.
  熟悉数字营销趋势和实践，尤其是在中文社区中。
• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  责任心强，可靠，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with others to meet business goals.
  适应性强，愿意与他人合作以实现业务目标。
• Available to participate in company events on weekends or public holidays.
  可以在周末或公共假期参加公司活动。
