<li>Able to work with Aucotec in-house software and able to analyse the prospects/customers issue to define optimal solutions based on our portfolio for the client.</li>
<li>Candidate have to liaise with customer around South East Asia ("SEA") for software troubleshooting and lead as the support on technical side.</li>
<li>Updated on new features in the product and transform functions to the message of customer value.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>As a senior consultant, you must also work in other parts of the business, such as training or support to our partners if needed.</li>
<li>Involve in post sales activities - assists account manager to manage client's request, expectations &amp; troubleshooting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to handle engineering specifications, calculation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Presentations at trade shows and Onsite customer consultation, if necessary.</li>
