Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across APAC export markets (excluding China and India).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, consultants, and contractors to drive long-term business growth.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for tenders, quotations, and project submissions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new business opportunities, and emerging market trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams — engineering, supply chain, and customer service — to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Provide post-sales technical support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical sales within HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, or controls).
• Strong understanding of export market dynamics in the APAC region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and travel frequently across the region.
