Job Description

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across APAC export markets (excluding China and India) for HVAC solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, MEP consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations for chillers, air-handling units, precision cooling, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, clients, and industry trends in commercial, industrial, and specialized HVAC projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, supply chain, and project teams to ensure smooth order processing and project delivery.
• Provide post-sales technical support, system commissioning, and customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in technical sales within HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, or controls).
• Strong understanding of export market dynamics in the APAC region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and travel frequently across the region.
