Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide accurate product information, demonstrate features, and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

- Process sales transactions efficiently.

- Assist with merchandise replenishment, stock-taking, and inventory management.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.

- Actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Assist in opening and closing store procedures as required.

Salary: From RM 2,000

Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM / SPMV qualification or equivalent.

- Prior experience in a retail, customer service, or sales-related role is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.

- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, approachable, and energetic personality.

- Basic proficiency in using computer systems.
