Job Description

• Process new dealership applications and communicate dealer information to relevant parties.
• Review all Purchase Orders (PO) submitted by dealers and verify accuracy.
• Prepare and issue Sales Orders (SO) or Invoices, ensuring all details are correct and free of discrepancies.
• Process credit notes where applicable.
• Coordinate with the Licensing and Finance Departments as required.
• Accurately record all transactions and maintain up-to-date customer files for easy reference.
• Monitor and follow up on each transaction to ensure completion.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage sponsorship applications, marketing material requests, and certificate issuance.
• Provide administrative support to the channel sales team.
• Handle ordering-related inquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and submit a monthly task report.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminstration or related field.
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
• Internship duration 3 months and above.
