<li>Process new dealership applications and communicate dealer information to relevant parties.</li>
<li>Review all Purchase Orders (PO) submitted by dealers and verify accuracy.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue Sales Orders (SO) or Invoices, ensuring all details are correct and free of discrepancies.</li>
<li>Process credit notes where applicable.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Licensing and Finance Departments as required.</li>
<li>Accurately record all transactions and maintain up-to-date customer files for easy reference.</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on each transaction to ensure completion.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Manage sponsorship applications, marketing material requests, and certificate issuance.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the channel sales team.</li>
<li>Handle ordering-related inquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit a monthly task report.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.</li>
