Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing initiatives, with regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, brand activations, content initiatives, and digital marketing programs.
  • Manage social media content planning, publishing, and engagement to strengthen regional brand presence and audience interaction.
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as partner conferences, seminars, roadshows, trade fairs, and partner-led activities to enhance brand visibility and customer or partner engagement.
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, presentation decks, and case studies.
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels and regional markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to track industry trends, evaluate competitive positioning, and identify new opportunities (e.g. government grants, incentives, or strategic programmes).
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners where required to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Travel may be required from time to time based on business needs, regional activities, or event participation.
  • Undertake any other marketing-related tasks or responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced or regional environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding and management.
  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with budget management and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
