Our Culture

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Avante Design (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our company.
What you'll be doing
<ol>
<li>Proactively generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities</li>
<li>Arranging and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services</li>
<li>Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and pitches</li>
<li>Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals with new clients</li>
<li>Maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and tracking progress</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients</li>
</ol>
What we're looking for
<ol>
<li>1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others</li>
<li>Proven track record of identifying, prospecting, and closing new business deals</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset</li>
</ol>
What we offer
