Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential sales leads.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and clients’ expectations.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings for presentation.
  • Effectively promoting new product developments to clients.
  • Ability to craft and present solution and demonstration based on client’s requirements.
  • Preparation of quotations, proposals and engagement letters.
  • Proactively manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects. 
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals, pricing, and successfully close deals to ensure sustainable and long-term business growth.
  • Maintain a long-term relationship with clients through information sharing or periodically gathering. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement and onboarding.
  • Participate in relevant seminars, events and conferences to identify potential prospects.
  • Ability to provide suggestions and feedback in improvising the products and services.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications, Experiences & Skills

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven working experience as sales / pre-sales representative in software, SaaS solution or in similar background / industry with at least 2-4 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrable track records in closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledgeable in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders & executives, and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent selling, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proactive, dynamic, problem solver and mature with positive attitude and ambition to grow.
  • Able to travel domestic and overseas.
  • Proficient in Words, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
