Job Description

1. Support the development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability action plans and programs to deliver company’s identified sustainability commitments.
2. Collate and analyse data to support the delivery of stakeholder engagement strategies and relevant project activities.
3. Collate and assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, project reports, presentations and other documents as assigned by Superior.
4. Assist in collation and preparation of quarterly traceability data.
5. Assist in drafting response to stakeholders queries based on guidance from Superior.
6. Assist to obtain relevant sustainability-related information including documentations from refineries and other internal departments based on customer queries.
7. Prepare and update internal tracker to projects Stakeholder Engagement section’s progress and ensure all Stakeholder’s queries are replied in a timely manner. To remind superior on the datelines based on the tracker developed.
8. Work with relevant departments to manage and update sustainability information in company website.
9. Undertake other related appropriate task assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in agriculture, forestry, environmental science, sustainability or other related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of sustainability .
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
