<li>Support the development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability action plans and programs to deliver company’s identified sustainability commitments.</li>
<li>Collate and analyse data to support the delivery of stakeholder engagement strategies and relevant project activities.</li>
<li>Collate and assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, project reports, presentations and other documents as assigned by Superior.</li>
<li>Assist in collation and preparation of quarterly traceability data.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting response to stakeholders queries based on guidance from Superior.</li>
<li>Assist to obtain relevant sustainability-related information including documentations from refineries and other internal departments based on customer queries.</li>
<li>Prepare and update internal tracker to projects Stakeholder Engagement section’s progress and ensure all Stakeholder’s queries are replied in a timely manner. To remind superior on the datelines based on the tracker developed.</li>
<li>Work with relevant departments to manage and update sustainability information in company website.</li>
<li>Undertake other related appropriate task assigned by Superior.</li>
