Job Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Lead the visual direction of branding campaigns, social media campaigns, and marketing content
- Develop strong creative concepts together with copywriters and the creative team
- Execute and refine design work across branding, social media, and presentation decks
- Guide and mentor designers to maintain strong visual standards
- Collaborate with producers and account teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Contribute to client pitches and campaign presentations
- Provide art direction for photo and video shoots when required
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in a design, creative, or advertising environment
- Strong portfolio showing both conceptual thinking and design execution
- Confident working across branding, social campaigns, and presentation decks
- Comfortable leading creative discussions and giving constructive feedback
- A collaborative team player who can also take initiative independently
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
