<p>Our roots can be traced back to 15 March 1907 where The Ayer Hitam Planting Syndicate Limited was founded and mainly cultivated rubber at Bukit Hitam Estate, Selangor.</p>
<p>On 28 March 1961, the Company was listed on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and its principal activities included rubber and oil palm plantations, and property development encompassing homes, commercial units and industrial buildings. Celebrating a century of achievements in 2007, we adopted a new name, TAHPS Group Berhad.</p>

To provide insight and recommendations to support decision-making, product development and pricing.</p> <p><b>Primary Duties:</b></p> <p>a)Take responsibility for the digital marketing department and efficiency of day-to-day operations.</p> <p>b)Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.</p> <p>c)Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for digital marketing campaigns.</p> <p>d)Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and ads.</p> <p>e)Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure that posts are engaging.</p> </div> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> <p>f)Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.</p> <p>g)Daily monitoring and analysing the campaign performance to identify the opportunities for optimization.</p> <p>h)Manage a team of digital marketing professional, including setting goals, providing guidance and ensuring collaboration among team members.</p> <p>i)Stay updated with industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing strategies.</p> <p>j)Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and ensure that messaging aligns with the brand’s identify and values.</p> <p>k)Conduct A/B test to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies for better performance.</p> <p>l)Be prepared to respond to digital marketing crises or reputation management issues promptly and effectively.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div></p>
