Key Responsibilities

<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive measurable sales and brand growth.</li>
<li>Plan, control, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI across all campaigns.</li>
<li>Lead digital marketing initiatives, staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.</li>
<li>Oversee brand management, CSR, PR, and event marketing activities to strengthen the corporate image and public engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments (sales, product, retail, and network marketing) to ensure cohesive marketing execution.</li>
<li>Manage and evaluate external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure deliverables meet company standards and objectives.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide the marketing team to foster creativity, accountability, and performance excellence in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze campaign results, market trends, and consumer insights to recommend strategic improvements.</li>
<li>Prepare and present marketing reports and performance updates to senior management.</li>
<li>Respond effectively to fast-changing market conditions, demonstrating agility and problem-solving in last-minute or high-pressure situations.</li>
<li>Work on any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.</li>

What’s a Day Like as Our Marketing Manager?
Your day starts from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday — filled with creativity, collaboration, and purposeful action.
You’ll be working with a dynamic and supportive marketing team that brings ideas to life, backed by a Group Managing Director who values creativity, initiative, and smart execution.
Expect to dive into both ATL and BTL marketing strategies — from brand campaigns and digital ads to on-ground activations and CSR initiatives.
You’ll also collaborate closely with a group of passionate agencies and partners, brainstorming fresh ideas and executing impactful campaigns that truly move the brand forward — all while keeping a sharp eye on budget and ROI.
