<p>Our roots can be traced back to 15 March 1907 where The Ayer Hitam Planting Syndicate Limited was founded and mainly cultivated rubber at Bukit Hitam Estate, Selangor.</p>
<p>On 28 March 1961, the Company was listed on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and its principal activities included rubber and oil palm plantations, and property development encompassing homes, commercial units and industrial buildings. Celebrating a century of achievements in 2007, we adopted a new name, TAHPS Group Berhad.</p>

Marketing Campaigns &amp; Project Branding</b></p> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for property launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.</li> <li>Coordinate production of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, signage, video, scale models, etc).</li> <li>Ensure all branding materials comply with corporate identity and project branding guidelines.</li> <li>Work with creative agencies, designers, and vendors to develop marketing content and visuals.</li> </ul> <p><b>B. Digital Marketing Support</b></p> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Assist with digital marketing activities including social media content, website updates, SEO/SEM coordination, and analytics reporting.</li> <li>Monitor online enquiries, comments, and brand mentions on social media and property portals.</li> <li>Upload and maintain project listings on portals such as PropertyGuru, EdgeProp, iProperty, etc.</li> </ul> <p><b>C. Events, Launches &amp; Sales Gallery Support</b></p> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Coordinate marketing events such as project launches, preview events, media briefings, sales events, and community engagement activities.</li> <li>Support setup, logistics, and on-ground execution of events at the Sales Gallery or off-site venues.</li> <li>Manage suppliers, event agencies, and promotional vendors to ensure smooth execution and cost efficiency.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="col-12 col-sm-6"> <p><b>D. Lead Management &amp; CRM Coordination</b></p> <ul class="job-description__detail"> <li>Support the Sales team by ensuring accurate and timely handling of incoming leads from campaigns, portals, and walk-ins.</li> <li>Prepare lead reports and performance tracking for management review.</li> <li>Assist in CRM updates and monitoring of lead conversion progress.</li> </ul> <p><b>F.
