Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support client strategy, business development initiatives, and project coordination. The role is responsible for managing client documentation, preparing materials, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure structured planning and successful project delivery.

- Prepare and manage client proposals, pitch decks, quotations, reports, and presentation materials
- Support business development activities, including client follow-ups, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate projects with Creative and Operations teams to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and communication plans based on client briefs
- Manage project documentation, approvals, revisions, and version control
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all client-facing materials
- Support performance reporting, post-project summaries, and internal updates
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, requirements, and expectations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, agency, event, or client-based environment
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (deck preparation is essential)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
