Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support client strategy, business development initiatives, and project coordination. The role is responsible for managing client documentation, preparing materials, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure structured planning and successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client proposals, pitch decks, quotations, reports, and presentation materials
•  Support business development activities, including client follow-ups, presentations, and documentation
•  Coordinate projects with Creative and Operations teams to ensure timelines, scope, and deliverables are met
•  Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and communication plans based on client briefs
•  Manage project documentation, approvals, revisions, and version control
•  Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and quality across all client-facing materials
•  Support performance reporting, post-project summaries, and internal updates
•  Maintain clear communication with clients regarding timelines, requirements, and expectations
  
  

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, agency, event, or client-based environment
•  Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•  Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (deck preparation is essential)
•  Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•  Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs
•  Willing to travel and possess own transport
