Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business operations 
  • Provide support in documentation, data entry, and filing (both physical and digital) 
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate efficient business processes and internal communication 
  • Conduct research and information gathering as assigned by the supervisor 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and basic data analysis 
  • Provide support to HR, Finance, and Operations teams on ad-hoc tasks and projects 
  • Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities 
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 
  • Strong interest in business operations and administration 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask 
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
