    Job Details
  • Perform a full range of secretarial and administrative duties. 
  • Work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and adaptability to the company’s culture. 
  • Review, summarize, and translate all relevant documents into Mandarin for AMD. 
  • Liaise closely with the Production and Design departments and follow up on outstanding matters. 
  • Attend discussions with AMD and accurately record minutes and action items. 

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Private Secretary Certificate (PSC), Diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies (DES), or an equivalent qualification is preferable 
  • Posses with at least Diploma with minimum of two (2) years’ experience in administrative / Secretary 
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics and professionalism. 
  • Posses with own transport is preferable (due to location is not convenient with public transport)
