This includes the on-boarding of projects, collaborating with developers on joint sales and marketing activities, and ensuring the achievement of targets set by Management for the primary market segment. &nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Empanelment Management: <ul> <li>Review the Developer Verification Sheet, ensuring that all developer, director, and project information is thoroughly vetted before supporting approval.</li> <li>Coordinate with branches, regional offices, and relevant departments to address any HFA-related matters efficiently.</li> <li>Strengthen and enhance relationships with existing tier 1 and selected developers. &nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Monitoring and Reporting: <ul> <li>Prepare performance statistics for EF empanelment as required by management.</li> <li>Conduct periodic competitor surveys to assess market rates, services, and other industry trends.</li> <li>Ensure full adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements. &nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support and Collaboration: <ul> <li>Provide support to branches regarding new and existing product launches, updates on processes, procedures, and campaigns.</li> <li>Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and campaigns. &nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Job Requirements <ul> <li>Possess 8 years of experience in House &amp; Fixed Assets Financing</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.</li> <li>Solid understanding of the HFA market and regulatory environment.</li> <li>Proactive approach to relationship management and business development.</li> </ul>
