Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for performing the company’s accounting functions, including:
<ul>
<li>Assist Manager to maintain up-to-date ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and any related general administrative tasks. Perform timely updates to facilitate up-to-date dashboard reporting for management.</li>
<li> Assist Manager to plan and maintain up-to-date cash flow transactions recording and reporting, in doing so, maintain close coordination with finance and also perform reconciliation with bank statements.</li>
<li> Assist Manager in verifying and validating all claims submission are accurate and in compliance with company expenditures policy.</li>
<li> Assist Manager in making preparation for periodic accounts audit.</li>
</ul>
