We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive, reporting to the Accounting and Finance Manager to join ourfinance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintainingaccurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal reporting requirements. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting audit and tax related matters. The candidate must be a Malaysian citizen with strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting systems, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Record and maintain financial accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date records at all times.</li>
<li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.</li>
<li>Post supplier invoices and ensure purchases/expenses are charged to the correct accounts and projects.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing and sufficient supporting documentation to justify figures in the accounts.</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow and ensure payments are made on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Maintain debtors and creditors accounts, perform balance reconciliations, and liaise with them on related matters.</li>
<li>Verify and process monthly staff claims.</li>
<li>Ensure all petty cash transactions are recorded properly.</li>
<li>Prepare SST submissions and handle e-Invoicing.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors for statutory audits.</li>
<li>Assist with and perform any ad-hoc assignments as required. </li>
</ul>
