Job Description

  •  Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Sambut dan ucapkan selamat datang kepada pelawat secara mesra dan profesional.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Jawab dan arahkan panggilan masuk dengan cepat dan tepat.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Uruskan kawasan kaunter untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kekemasan.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Bantu dalam pelbagai tugas pentadbiran, termasuk kemasukan data, penyusunan fail, dan penyediaan dokumen.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Uruskan mel masuk dan keluar serta bungkusan.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules as needed.
  • Koordinasikan temujanji dan mesyuarat, menguruskan jadual mengikut keperluan.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
  • Berikan sokongan pentadbiran kepada jabatan lain sekiranya diperlukan.
  • Act as a liaison between visitors, clients, and internal staff.

  • Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.

Job Requirements

  •  Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya SPM atau setaraf.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Mahir dalam Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
