Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term, 3-month contract basis to provide administrative support with receptionist duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning</li>
<li>Act as receptionist, manage inbound calls and route them appropriately</li>
<li>Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner</li>
<li>Support scheduling of meetings and booking of meeting rooms</li>
<li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services</li>
<li>Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li>
<li>Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required</li>
</ul>
