Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Works closely with the Key Account Manager and plays a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical and Life Science Segment</li><li>Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes</li><li>Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.</li><li>Work together with distributors’ team on assigned area to provide monthly sales forecast in order to provide sufficient stock of BD products.</li><li>Create demand for new products to enter the market.</li><li>Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.</li><li>Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub-distributors’ sales forces.</li><li>Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in any science field, nursing background preferred.</li><li>2 - 5 years of sales &amp; marketing experience from Med Tech - Healthcare or Laboratory - Life Science industries preferred.</li><li>Prior experience and knowledge in nursing can be considered.</li></ul>At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
