Job Description

We’re looking for a sales driven and relationship-focused Key Account Executive to manage and grow our dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving sales performance, and representing a premium lifestyle/motorsport brand in the market. If you love building relationships, enjoy being on-the-ground with partners, and want a role that mixes strategy with fieldwork — this is for you! We’re expanding our dealer network and looking for a motivated Key Account Executive. 

  • Manage and grow assigned dealer accounts through strong, trust-based relationships
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to provide support and strengthen brand presence
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting product ranges and ensuring strong sell-through
  • Provide product knowledge & training to dealer staff, updates
  • Track dealer performance and propose improvement strategies to management
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams on campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales, and market feedback
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the dealer network
  • Handle day-to-day account management for dealer partners
  • Visit dealers regularly to support sales and operations
  • Promote and sell products to dealers to meet monthly/quarterly targets


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in Sales / Key Account 
  • Background in B2B Sale, retail, apparel, lifestyle, or distribution preferred
  • Strong communication, people skills and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Willing to travel regularly for dealer engagement
  • Interest in motorcycles, motorsports or lifestyle apparel is an added advantage
