And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>Become a <b>maker of possible </b>with us!</p><p></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p></p><p><u>Global Deployment &amp; Allocation</u></p><ul><li>Manage Interco / STR-STO maintenance process, ensure creation and health of STR/STO/POs and resolve issue if system is not creating STR/STO/PO in line with expectation.</li><li>Lead Supply S&amp;OE Planning to align on PO creation &amp; amendment in due dates</li><li>Lead Supply S&amp;OE Planning on global allocation management if shortages or surplus as per Global&nbsp; Business guidelines &amp; alignment</li><li>Support Escalation from Regions to&nbsp;Global</li><li>Provide accurate supply visibility and recovery dates</li><li>Report &amp; communicate Inventory Management &amp; SKU supply status and allocations to regions</li><li>Responsible for the drop shipment and direct shipment from manufacturing sites and global source DCs to region/country DCs and customers (Heads-up: customers’ drop shipments have not been detailed yet)</li><li>Perform data management activities (master data &amp; reporting)</li><li>Provide all relevant MasterData inputs required for creation and extension of SKUs and coordinate to solve product data inconsistency (eg.
