1. Analyze historical sales, market trends, promotions, and seasonality to forecast product demand, then translating demand forecasts into supply and replenishment plans.
2. Inventory planning to maintain optimal inventory levels across all sales channels while minimising stock wastage.
3. Align inventory plans with promotional calendars and customer requirements.
4. Provide sales and inventory reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
5. Manage inventory during new product launches, reformulations, and discontinuations.
6. Execute run-out plans for delisted or seasonal products to minimize write-offs.
7. Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.
9. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field with minimum 1 year working experience.
2. Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spread Sheet and other data analysis tools with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to manage cross-team alignment.
5. Independent and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Malaysian only.

Salary Range : Salary : RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
