Job Description

Objective

To assists the manager oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple countries within the region, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with overall business goals in the F&B sector.

Position Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Management

• Assists Manager and coordinate with business units help implementing regional supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Warehouse Logistics & Distribution

• Oversee regional logistics and transportation to ensure timely, efficient delivery of products.
• Assist Manager monitor the KPI of 3PL
• Preparing report and analysis pertaining to the inventory and warehouse KPI.
• Work closely with QA ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality standards throughout the supply chain.
• Assist and help in monitor continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse processes.
• Utilize ERP/SCM systems for operational visibility and reporting.

Other Job Resposibilities:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ Managements.
• Assists in Market opening supply chain relative matters
  

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in import-export operations, logistics, or a relevant role.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and experience with customs clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Preferably 2 years and above related working xperience
• Knowledge of Shipping/ Procurement/ Inventory and warehouse Management is an added advantage.
• Self-started & good in communication skill
• Analytical skill
• Ability to adapt to change.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Handle multitask in a fast-paced environment
